A couple of ladies have voiced concern about bulking up. To bulk up doing CrossFit, you either have to be genetically predisposed to bulking up i.e. be bulky before doing CrossFit or you have to follow a workout routine of a bodybuilder i.e. do something other than CrossFit.
As an example, take a look at this years Canadian champ, Alicia Connors. Alicia may talk like a trucker but she looks like an average fit lady.
