I have yet to find a better collection of Olympic Lifting technique videos than those from Catalyst Athletics. One one page you will find a comprehensive list of almost at Olympic lifting training exercises.
As I mentioned yesterday, the Burgener warmup is practiced by elite lifters on a daily basis and only takes 2:38 once you are familiar with the movements. The movements are:
- Down and Up – for speed
- Elbows high and outside – for keeping the bar close to body
- Muscle clean – for strength and 3rd pull
- Snatch land – for footwork (power)
- Snatch balance – for footwork
