Steak followed by Peach Clafouti

We BBQ all year long at my house, even in the dead of Canmore winter. Peach Clafouti

  • A touch of maple syrup
  • 3 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla


Butter a 1.5 L baking dish.  Place peaches in dish.  Blend the remaining ingredients for about 2 minutes. Pour the batter mixture over the peaches. Bake @ 375F for 40-45 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly, serve warm. Enjoy!

  1. I’m sorry to say, this recipe is awful! The photo is lovely, yet this boring, boring, recipe has no sweetness and is eggy and weird. Thanks anyway, but I give this 3 thumbs down.
